Band – Awesome job band and chorus members in your performance last night! You guys were a delight to listen to! Great job Mr. Kirk and Mr. Thomason!

LIBRARY:  If you brought in books for the book exchange please see Mrs. Dieken today. You will get first pick at the book selection. Thank you to all who brought in books to share.  Happy Reading!!!

ALSO—Starting today if you have 10 Raider bucks you can use them for a chance for prizes on the ‘KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK’  board in the library.

– pay 10 Raider bucks for a chance to pop a balloon on the board and win posters, candy, grabbag stuff and homework passes. So round up your Raider bucks and see what you can win. if you have more questions see Mrs. Dieken.

6th Grade:  There are still 4 students that need to turn in their field trip permission slips to Mr. Kimmel or Mr. Torbeck ASAP!

7th Grade:  The field trip permission slips and money are due to Mrs. Carley by this Friday!

8th Grade:  8th grade field trip permission slips are due Friday 5/11.

Summer Plans:  KCC is overing a four-day Cavalier Camp for students entering 6th, 7th, and 8th grade.  This camp will introduce students to careers such as nursing and technical nursing jobs.  The cost per student is $110 for all four days. Also, KCC is offering a Girl’s Science and Technology Camp for middle school aged students.  There are four camps and each camp costs $55 to attend. See the information center for more info.

Crayons for FFA:  If you would be so kind, go home and find any old pieces of crayons laying around.  Our High School FFA team is collecting these remnants to melt down and donate to charities.  Thanks for any contribution to this worthy cause!
